What about my children and
family? Will I be able to see them?
• Yes! You will get to see your family weekly
and your children several times a week. My
parents come to Family Night every week and my daughter comes twice
a week.We even get to have dinner together on the night that they hold
the Children's Prevention Program. My daughter loves to come and is
learning a lot about my addiction.
• My family is really proud of me of choosing
a life in recovery. They come to the Family Program on Mondays and stay
afterwards to visit with me. Its so nice to have my family back in my
life. I am so grateful that Gratitude House has helped us to rebuild
our relationships I'm truly blessed to have their support.
• Its so great to be able to have your baby
right here in treatment with you! I was pregnant when I
came to GH and strung out on Heroine. They helped me to stay sober and
give birth to the most
beautiful baby boy in the world. Without the help here I'm sure my son
would have been born addicted to Heroine. I am so glad I do not have
to live with that guilt.
