LAKESIDE HOUSE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING
Lakeside House Transitional Housing offers 11 apartments for women, including women with children up to 2 years old. Transitional Housing is structured to help our client’s move from intensive residential treatment to a less restrictive level of care, such as Day treatment and Intensive Outpatient as they begin to transition back into the community and everyday life. Clients will enter the supportive housing enrolled in Day treatment services and transition to Intensive Outpatient as they look for and begin employment. While living in supportive housing, clients will be required to participate in outpatient services at Gratitude House, seek employment or education, attend 12 step meetings and have a sponsor. Clients will also learn how to budget, grocery shop and save money. One of our goals is to help each client find work and save money so that they are able to put down a deposit for a safe place to live with their children.
